Refrigerated Cheese Torte - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon jello
2 c. hot water
1/2 pt. cream
2 c. cottage cheese
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
pinch of salt
angel food cake, graham cracker crumbs or cookies
Preparation

Dissolve jello in hot water.
Let it set until thick enough to whip.
Add whipped cream (Cool Whip).
Mix sugar, salt, vanilla and cottage cheese; mix both together.
Line torte pan with cake or crumbs.
Refrigerate.
