Raw Potato Dumplings - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. grated potatoes (I use a grinder)
4 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 3/4 c. flour or more until stiff
1/2 lb. bacon
Preparation

Combine all ingredients.
Drop teaspoonfuls into salted boiling water.
If they fall apart, add more flour.
Boil 10 minutes after they float.
Stir often.
Drain in colander thoroughly.
