Artichoke Nibbles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (6 oz.) jars marinated artichoke hearts
    1 medium onion, chopped fine
    4 eggs
    1 garlic clove, mashed
    1/4 c. bread crumbs (fine)
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/8 tsp. oregano
    1/8 tsp. liquid hot sauce
    2 Tbsp. minced parsley
    1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Drain marinade; reserve.
    Chop artichokes and set aside. Saute onion and garlic in small amount of marinade. Beat eggs with fork and add crumbs and seasonings.
    Stir in parsley, artichokes and onion-garlic mixture. Turn into buttered 7 1/2 x 11 1/2-inch Pyrex bake pan (2-quart).
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until set when lightly touched.
    Let cool in pan, then cut in 1-inch squares.
