Potato Soup For A Crock-Pot - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 potatoes, peeled and cut into bite-sized pieces
    onion
    1 carrot, pared and sliced
    1 stalk celery, sliced
    4 chicken bouillon cubes
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    5 c. water
    1 tsp. salt and pepper
    1/3 c. butter
    1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
Preparation
    Put all ingredients except milk in crock-pot.
    Cover and cook on low 10 to 12 hours.
    (High for 3 to 4 hours.)
    Stir in milk during last hour.
    Mash potatoes before serving.
