Veal Marsala - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 lb. veal
    flour
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. olive oil
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 clove garlic
    1/4 c. mushrooms
    1/4 c. Marsala wine
Preparation
    Veal should be cut scalloppine (thin).
    Dredge veal in flour mixed with salt and pepper.
    Pan fry garlic in oil and discard garlic.
    Saute meat until brown, 2 or 3 minutes.
    Add mushrooms, butter and wine and saute for 2 minutes longer.
