Cooked Salad Dressing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. flour
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 eggs
1/2 c. vinegar
1 c. water
1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
-
In a double boiler, cook all ingredients except butter until thick.
Remove from heat and add butter.
Chill.
This will keep for several weeks in the refrigerator.
