Pumpkin Cream Roll-Ups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. pumpkin
    3/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
    2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Beat eggs and sugar until fluffy, add pumpkin.
    Mix flour and spices together, fold into pumpkin mixture.
    Grease a 15 x 10-inch cookie sheet and cover with wax paper.
    Grease and flour wax paper.
    Spread batter evenly on cookie sheet.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Place cake on a dampened dish towel.
    Roll up and place on a cake rack until cooled.
