Pia Colada - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. coconut milk
1 c. pineapple juice
6 oz. light rum
16 ice cubes, crushed
fresh pineapple wedges
maraschino cherries
Preparation

Place coconut milk, pineapple juice, rum and ice in blender container. Blend until frothy. Pour into 4 tall glasses. Garnish each drink with pineapple wedge and maraschino cherry. Makes 4 drinks.
