Ingredients

2/3 c. butter
1/3 c. sugar
1 egg yolk
1/2 c. blanched almonds, grated
2 to 3 blanched bitter almonds, grated
1 1/2 c. flour
Preparation

Work butter and sugar until creamy and fluffy.
Add egg yolk, almonds and flour and mix thoroughly.
Chill. Butter small fluted tins and, with floured thumbs, coat inside with dough.
