Helen'S Favorite Cake Dessert - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 angel food cake mix
1 can pineapple chunks, drained
1 large whipped topping
Preparation

Bake cake according to directions on box.
When cool, slice crosswise through middle of cake.
(Dental floss works well for slicing.)
Mix drained pineapple with whipped topping.
Spread over bottom half.
Replace upper half of cake, frosting with remaining pineapple and whipped topping.
Can decorate with maraschino cherries.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
