Sweet Summer Peas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. fresh peas or 1 (20 oz.) bag frozen
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1 Tbsp. tarragon vinegar
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 bunch or 1 (6 oz.) bag radishes
    lettuce leaves
Preparation
    Shell peas if using fresh ones (there should be about 3 cups). In 3-quart saucepan over high heat, heat 3/4 cup water to boiling; add peas and heat to boiling. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer 3 to 5 minutes, until peas are tender.
    Drain peas. Rinse under running cold water to cool.
