Chocolate Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. cocoa
    1/4 c. margarine
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 small can evaporated milk (5.33 oz.)
    1 tsp. vanilla
    4 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 to 3/4 c. chopped nuts (optional)
    1/2 to 3/4 c. coconut (optional)
Preparation
    Mix sugar, cocoa, margarine and flour and stir well.
    Add eggs and beat with electric mixer 2 1/2 minutes.
    Add milk and vanilla. Stir in pecans and coconut (optional).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes in 9-inch unbaked pie shell.
    Makes 1 large or 2 small.
