Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 10 slices bread, crust off and cubed
    10 oz. sharp cheese, grated
    2 lb. hot sausage, browned and drained
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 1/4 c. milk
    4 eggs
    2 1/2 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    3/4 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Put bread, cheese and sausage in 3-quart casserole.
    Pour soup and 1 1/4 cups milk over this.
    Beat eggs, 2 1/2 cups milk, salt and dry mustard.
    Pour over mixture.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until done.
