Hummus With Ginger - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    20 oz. chickpeas
    1/4 c. water
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 clove garlic, pressed
    2 Tbsp. grated ginger
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 tsp. salt
    chopped parsley or dill
    pita bread, cut in pieces
Preparation
    Combine 1/2 of chickpeas in Cuisinart.
    Add all other ingredients except parsley.
    When pureed, add rest of chickpeas and mix until pureed.
    Stir in parsley, leaving a few tablespoons to sprinkle on top before serving.
    Serve with pita bread.
