Spuddle Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 med. red potatoes
    1/4 c. milk
    1 bunch green onions, diced
    1 c. (8 oz) extra sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 container (16 oz) sour cream
    1 stick margarine
    1/2 lg. bottle Bac*Os bacon bits
    Salt, pepper and garlic salt to taste
Preparation
    Peel, cut up and boil potatoes until tender.
    Drain potatoes and whip with sour cream and milk until they are the consistency of creamy mashed potatoes.
    Saute green onions (tops, too) in the butter until they are translucent.
    Add onions, Bac*Os, 3/4 cup of the Cheddar cheese, salt, pepper and garlic salt to the potato mixture and mix well.
    Pour into a buttered 3 qt casserole dish. Sprinkle top with remaining Cheddar cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0
    for approximately 30 min. or until bubbly.
    Serves 8 - 10.
