Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can creamed corn
    1 c. cottage cheese
    1/4 c. oil
    1/2 c. buttermilk
    2 eggs
    1 c. cornmeal
    1 c. flour
    hot peppers
    cheese
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Pour into muffin pans or bread pans. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
