Eldorado Casserole(Serves 6 To 8) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 Tbsp. instant minced onion
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. cottage cheese
    1 pkg. tortilla chips
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    3 to 4 chilies or 1 can chopped chilies
    2 c. grated Monterey Jack cheese
Preparation
    Brown beef and onion; add garlic, olives and tomato sauce. Combine sour cream, cottage cheese and chilies in a bowl.
    Crush 1/2 bag of chips.
    Layer in bottom of casserole dish, 1/2 meat, 1/2 cheese mixture and 1/2 grated cheese.
    Top with crushed chips. Makes 2.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 1/2 hour.
    Heat through only.
