Sour Cream Enchiladas - cooking recipe

2 lb. ground beef
1 can green chiles, diced
2 doz. corn tortillas
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
grated cheese
1 large onion, chopped
2 large cans tomato sauce
1 small tub sour cream
Preparation

Brown meat and onion.
Add chiles and simmer 5 minutes.
Add tomato sauce; simmer 15 minutes.
Quickly dip tortillas in hot fat so they stay quite soft; drain.
Put a spoonful of meat mixture on each tortilla.
Roll up and place side by side in dripper pan. Mix sour cream and soup together.
Pour over rolled tortillas. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
