Good-N-Easy Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    5 Tbsp. cocoa
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    3/4 c. melted shortening
    2 c. cold water
Preparation
    Sift
    dry ingredients together in large mixing bowl.
    Make three wells.
    Put
    vanilla in one, vinegar in second and shortening in third. Pour cold
    water
    over
    all
    and
    beat thoroughly 2 minutes.
    (Using a mixer, makes a
    finer
    textured cake.) Makes a large cake, 9 x 13 or 2 (9-inch) pans.
    Bake 35 to 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
