Curried Fruit - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can peach halves
    1 large can pear halves
    1 medium can pineapple chunks
    1 small can apricots
    maraschino cherries for color
    nuts
    1/3 stick margarine
    3/4 c. light brown sugar
    4 tsp. curry powder
Preparation
    Melt together margarine, sugar and curry powder.
    Stir constantly.
    When hot and blended, pour over drained fruit. Cover; bake at 325\u00b0 for one hour.
    Excellent with chicken pot pie and as general side dish.
