Harvard Beets (Lo-Cal) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    3/4 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. water
    4 c. cooked or canned beets
Preparation
    Combine sugar and cornstarch in saucepan.
    Cook 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
    Add beets.
    Cook until heated.
