Enchiladas Supreme(Serves 6) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (4 lb.) frying chicken
    3 small cans chopped Ortega green chiles
    1 small can chopped ripe olives
    1 small jar chopped pimientos
    1 small can enchilada sauce
    1/4 tsp. ground cumin
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 (16 oz.) carton sour cream
    1 doz. corn tortillas
    grated Monterey Jack cheese
Preparation
    Simmer chicken in saltwater until tender. Remove the broth and cool to room temperature. Remove meat from carcass and cut into coarse pieces. Combine chicken meat, 2 cans chopped chilies, ripe olives, pimientos, cumin, garlic salt, 1/2 can chicken soup and enchilada sauce. Refrigerate.
