Pasta Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    2 cloves garlic
    1 (28 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
    1 c. beef broth
    1/2 c. milk
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan
    1 tsp. dried oregano
    1/2 tsp. dried whole rosemary
    1/2 lb. uncooked rigatoni noodles
    1 to 2 c. mixed Mozzarella and sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Cook pasta while doing the following: In a large pan brown meat with garlic; drain fat.
    Add all remaining items except cheeses.
    Cover and simmer at least 15 minutes.
    Add cooked pasta and simmer about 5 minutes.
    Pour into buttered 10 x 13-inch pan and top with cheeses.
    Bake uncovered for 25 minutes.
