Granola Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. Nabisco 100% bran
1 c. boiling water
1/2 c. margarine
1 1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
2 c. buttermilk
2 1/2 c. flour
2 1/2 tsp. soda
2 c. granola
Preparation

Combine bran and boiling water; let stand.
Mix margarine, sugar and salt.
Add to bran mixture.
Add eggs, buttermilk, flour, soda and granola.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes at 375\u00b0 to 400\u00b0.
Batter will keep in refrigerator for 4 weeks.
Yields 24 muffins.
