Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. shredded Cheddar Cheese
    3 c. Mozzarella Cheese
    1/3 c. chopped green Onion
    1/2 sweet Red Pepper, chopped
    2 tbsp. Butter
    2 c. Ham, chopped or 2 c. Sausage, cooked
    8 Eggs
    1 3/4 c. Milk
    1/2 c. Flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Saute onions and bell pepper in butter.
    Reserve 1 c. of cheese for top.
    Mix all ingredients together. Pour in casserole dish.
    Top with remaining cheese.
