Venison Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. venison
1 c. sweet milk
3 eggs, beaten well
1 1/2 c. flour
salt and pepper
Preparation
-
Hack venison well.
Cut in serving size pieces.
Add milk to eggs.
Dip steak in this mixture.
Mix flour, salt and pepper to your taste.
Now, dip steak in the flour mixture.
Cook until batter on steak turns a golden brown.
Watch carefully and do not overcook.
