Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 can tomato soup
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. water
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Brown ground beef in oil; add tomato soup.
    Make paste and stir in chili powder, flour and water.
    Add salt and pepper to taste.
    Simmer about 45 minutes.
