Cranberry Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large (6 oz.) box raspberry Jell-O
    1 can whole cranberry sauce
    6 or 8 slices pineapple
    3 or 4 oranges
    1 Tbsp. zest (orange peel)
    1/2 c. or more pecans, chopped
Preparation
    Prepare Jell-O, using 2 cups boiling water and juice from canned pineapple and water or ice to make 2 cups.
    As Jell-O is congealing, mix the cranberry sauce with chopped pineapple slices, orange peel, chopped oranges and chopped nuts.
    When Jell-O is consistency of raw egg whites, mix together with fruit and pour into a large mold or casserole dish.
    Refrigerate until firm. Great with turkey!
