Mississippi Mud Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. chocolate sugar-free pudding
1 large container lite Cool Whip
2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/2 c. diet margarine
1 tsp. sugar or sugar substitute
4 c. skim or low-fat milk
Preparation

Mix graham cracker crumbs with butter and sugar.
Mix will look wet and crumbly.
Spread diet margarine on bottom of glass dish; put graham cracker crumbs in pan and press.
Mix pudding and milk together.
When milk and pudding thickens, pour a thin layer on bottom and a thin layer of Cool Whip.
Add some plain graham cracker crumbs for extra yum!
Alternate layers until you reach the top.
End up with Cool Whip.
Sprinkle some crumbs on top for decoration.
