Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 c. warm milk, water or potato water
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. salt
    2 pkg. yeast
    6 to 7 1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water. Add to warm milk. Add sugar and salt. Add flour and mix well. Put in bowl to raise about double in size. Mix down. Put in 2 loaf pans and let raise well. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes or until done.
