Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 lb. red potatoes
    8 eggs, boiled and diced
    6 stalks celery, diced
    6 whole sweet pickles, diced
    2 1/2 to 3 1/2 c. mayo
    1/4 to 1/2 c. mustard
    1 to 2 bunches green onions, chopped
Preparation
    Boil potatoes with skin on.
    Cool, peel and dice.
    Mix everything together.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
