Sausage Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sage-flavored bulk pork sausage
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
    6 Tbsp. flour
    1 qt. milk
    1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
    1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of Worcestershire sauce
    dash of hot pepper sauce
Preparation
    Crumble sausage and fry (not too brown); set aside for later. In large skillet, mix flour with sausage drippings (judge amount for your personal use), stirring until lightly brown.
    Pour in milk and boil; when gravy is almost done, add the crumbled sausage and continue to boil, stirring all the time the gravy is boiling.
    Keep adding milk so it doesn't get too thick.
