Sugar-Free Chinese Chews - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. cake flour
    3 Tbsp. sugar substitute
    1 c. dates, chopped fine
    3/4 tsp. baking powder
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 c. walnuts
Preparation
    Sift together dry ingredients and add dates and nuts.
    Spread in well-greased 8-inch square pan and bake for 40 minutes at 350\u00b0. Score into 1-inch squares while warm.
