Roll-Out Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. butter
    1 box 4x sugar
    2 eggs
    2 tsp. vanilla
    5 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. cream of tartar
Preparation
    Cream butter; add sugar, then add eggs, then flour, baking soda, vanilla and cream of tartar.
    Chill dough, then roll out thin and cut out.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 7 to 8 minutes.
    Bake on cookie sheet.
