Scalloped Scallops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. scallops
    2 c. coarse cracker crumbs (unsalted)
    1 c. soft bread crumbs
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    3/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
    1 pt. light cream
    1/4 c. cooking sherry
Preparation
    Cut scallops.
    Mix bread crumbs, crackers, salt, pepper and butter or margarine.
    Grease baking dish.
    Pour light cream over all with sherry.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
