Ham And Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1 Tbsp. butter
2 c. finely chopped ham
3 slightly beaten eggs
1/2 c. shredded sharp cheese
2/3 c. fine cracker crumbs
1 1/2 c. milk
salt and pepper
Preparation
-
Cook onion in butter until tender.
Add other ingredients and turn into a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes or until an inserted knife comes out clean.
Serves 6.
