Plum Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sifted self-rising flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 eggs
1 c. Crisco oil
2 small jars plum baby food

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Mix first 4 ingredients together.
Then add eggs, Crisco oil and baby food.
Mix all together and bake in tube pan about 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
While still hot, glaze with 1 cup confectioners sugar, juice of 1 lemon and a little oleo.
