Easy Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

2 eggs
1 (16 oz.) can solid pack pumpkin
1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
3/4 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. pumpkin pie spice
1/2 tsp. salt
1 deep dish or 2 regular Ritz pie crusts
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0 as well as baking sheet. In a large bowl with wire whisk, combine first 6 ingredients. Place pie crusts on baking sheet.
Pour filling into pie crusts.
Bake 70 minutes (45 minutes for regular crust) or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool on wire rack.
Garnish with whipped cream.
Makes 8 servings, 12 with regular crusts.
