Lo-Cal Ambrosia - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice, thawed
    1 (15 oz.) can crushed pineapple in its own juice
    3 apples, peeled and grated
    1 can diet ginger ale or 7-Up
    1 tsp. coconut extract
    1 pkg. plain gelatin
    2 pkg. lo cal sweetener
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients. Store covered in refrigerator.
