Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked squash, mashed and drained
    1 large onion, diced and cooked with squash
    2 eggs, well beaten
    1/2 pkg. crushed saltines
    3 c. sharp/medium sharp Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. milk
    1/8 tsp. garlic salt
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and pour into well-greased baking dish. Top with additional crushed saltines. Bake about 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
