Nut Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 egg whites
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 c. crushed graham crackers (approximately 11 sq.)
1 c. chopped walnuts
whipped cream, Cool Whip or Dream Whip
Preparation

Beat egg whites stiffly.
Slowly add sugar, vanilla, baking powder, crushed graham crackers and walnuts.
Pour into a greased 9-inch pie tin.
Bake for 1/2 hour (30 minutes) in 350\u00b0 oven. Cool.
Top with whipped topping.
Chill at least 4 hours before serving.
Can be prepared the day before (including topping) as it is almost tastier.
