Ingredients

3 eggs, slightly beaten
3/4 c. sugar
1 heaping Tbsp. flour
juice of 1 orange
juice of 1 lemon
grated rind of orange
1/2 pt. cream
cooked custard
vanilla wafers
Preparation

Cook first 6 ingredients in double boiler until very thick. Allow to cool.
Whip the cream.
Mix with cooked custard. Alternate layers of vanilla wafers and custard in ice tray and store in freezer until ready to slice and serve.
