Peanut Butter Pie(Club Member: Kristi Mayfield) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 baked pie shell
    2/3 c. peanut butter (chunky)
    1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
    1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
    Cool Whip
Preparation
    Mix peanut butter and powdered sugar until crumbly. Put 3/4 of crumbs in bottom of pie shell. Pour pudding on top of crumbs. Spread Cool Whip over the pudding. Sprinkle with the rest of the crumbs. Refrigerate.
