Vegetarian Chicken Pot Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

can Fri-chix, diced
1 c. frozen mixed vegetables
1 c. frozen butter beans
1 c. potatoes, diced
1/2 c. onions, diced
1 sliced boiled egg
1 c. celery, diced
2 eggs
1 qt. skim milk
flour
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. milk
1 c. flour
Preparation

In no-stick pan, braise Fri-chix until slightly brown.
Add eggs and scramble until slightly brown, adding onion and flour. Saute mix.
Stir in skim milk.
Add cooked vegetables.
Bring mix to boil.
Pour into flat casserole and top with mayonnaise, milk and flour mix.
Bake at 400\u00b0 until golden brown.
Add more liquid if needed, so it is not too dry.
