Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
2 c. whole wheat flour
1 c. margarine
1/2 c. cocoa
1 c. water
1/2 c. buttermilk or 1/2 c. milk with 1 tsp. vinegar
2 eggs
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Sift together sugar and flour.
Place margarine, cocoa and water in saucepan and bring to a boil.
Add to flour mixture. Then add buttermilk, eggs, soda and vanilla.
Bake in 9 x 13-inch or 15 x 1-inch pan at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
