Maegan Ann'S Pumpkin Walnut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
3 c. sugar
1 c. vegetable oil
4 eggs
2/3 c. water
2 c. pumpkin
1/2 c. chopped or crushed walnuts
Preparation

Sift dry ingredients together. Set aside.
In a separate bowl, mix together pumpkin, water, oil and eggs.
Pour into dry mixture and mix well.
Fold in walnuts.
Pour into 2 greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 10 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in middle of loaf comes out clean. Cool before removing from pans.
Wrap in foil or waxed paper.
