Caribbean Fruit Sauce(Club Member: Leslie Jordan) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 egg yolks
    dash of salt
    1/3 c. sugar
    1/2 c. chilled whipping cream
    3 Tbsp. orange juice
    1/4 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    In small mixer bowl, beat egg yolks with salt until very thick and lemon colored. Add sugar and continue beating until mixture is thick.
