Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. chuck, cut in 1-inch squares
    1 c. or more Burgundy wine
    1 stick oleo
    6 medium onions, sliced
    1 small can mushrooms, cut up
    1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
    salt and pepper
    a good pinch of thyme
    a good pinch of marjoram
    1 beef bouillon cube (same amount if recipe cut in half)
Preparation
    Brown onions in stick of oleo.
    Remove onions and brown meat. Add to meat, flour and seasonings.
    Dissolve bouillon cube in 3/4 cup hot water.
    Add wine to this and then add to meat.
    Cook on low heat for 2 hours or until tender.
    Then put in onion and mushrooms for 1 hour.
    Serve on rice or noodles.
    Serves 8.
