Chocolate Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 oz. baking chocolate
    3 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    2 eggs, separated
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    6 slices dry bread, cut in 1/2-inch cubes
    4 Tbsp. white sugar
Preparation
    Heat chocolate and milk until chocolate melts.
    Add salt, beaten egg yolks and brown sugar.
    Add chocolate mixture gradually, stirring well.
    Add vanilla.
    Pour over bread cubes.
    Let stand 15 minutes.
    Pour in baking dish.
    Place in pan of hot water.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Beat egg whites.
    Add sugar.
    Beat until meringue stands in high peaks.
    Place in spoonfuls around border of pudding.
    Sprinkle with grated chocolate.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 until lightly browned.
