Strawberry Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed (reserve 1/2 c. juice)
    1 c. oil
    4 eggs, well beaten
Preparation
    Grease and flour two 8 x 4-inch loaf pans.
    Combine all dry ingredients; mix well.
    Make a well in the center of mixture. Pour all liquid ingredients into it; mix by hand.
    Pour mixture into pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour, or until tester comes out clean.
    Can be frozen.
    Slice thinly before completely thawed. Spread with cream cheese to make sandwiches.
    Refrigerate until served.
